How does your typical working day look like?

You know, people visit dermatologists for different reasons. Sometimes they feel nervous or are very upset. My duty is to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible. I greet patients with a smile and ask how the appointment was to help them to relieve emotional stress and let them know that everyone at our clinic cares about their experience.

What’s different about the work at your current position?

I really appreciate the fact that I have an opportunity to upgrade my skills and I feel supported in my endeavors.

What do you like the most in your current job?

I feel like I went to the next level in the realization of my professional skills. I always worked in customer, but I noticed that your performance depends heavily on your overall working environment.
